It is right here that you can find one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy: Baia Vallugola. A natural inlet set between two promontories that descend to the sea: Gabicce and Castel di Mezzo.
An expanse of pebbles and crystal clear water, an oasis of peace and quiet ideal for families with children.
In ancient times it was an important Roman landing place (Valle dell’Uva) for transport and trade along the ancient Via Flaminia. Today it is still possible to explore its remains … under water! This makes it very appreciated by fans of diving and snorkeling for the opportunity to explore the remains of the ancient Roman port, just off the current site.
You can not miss a visit to the village of Gabicce Monte, which you can reach with the Gabicce Express or with a nice walk along the different paths that lead from the beach to the mount.
Here you can enjoy the incomparable view from Piazza Valbruna, on the whole Riviera. Maybe while enjoying a fantastic homemade piadina or a fish dinner in the light of the sunset.
Discover the beautiful castle of Gradara and its enchanting medieval village that was the setting for the love story of Paolo and Francesca.
Just 5 kilometers from Gabicce you can enjoy cultural events that will take you back in time and gastronomic events, such as: “The Siege of the Castle”, the Falconery shows of the Teatro dell’Aria, “Gradara d’Amare”, festivals, exhibitions and other events.
You can also reach the castle with the characteristic Gabicce Express little train or with a comfortable bus service.
Among the destinations to visit during your vacation in Gabicce, you can not miss Fiorenzuola di Focara and Baia Paradiso.
Inside the San Bartolo Park, only 10 km from the hotel, you can explore the historic village overlooking the sea, its small church miraculously saved from the landslide and its famous beach “Baia Paradiso”.
This beach with fine sand and shallow clear water is accessible via a pedestrian-only road. It is worth taking a nice walk to get to a hidden, wild and unexpected place.
Alternatively, from the hotel’s beach, the Cutter Caravelle, which offers sailing trips to Paradise Bay, departs at different times.
Villa Imperiale is an ancient noble extra-urban mansion, located on the hills of Monte San Bartolo near the city of Pesaro, in the Marche region.
Monument of the Renaissance, it was built in two different phases of construction between the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries on a project by the architect Gerolamo Genga from Urbino.
It was under the ownership of the Sforza, Della Rovere, Medici and finally Albani. After years of abandonment Villa Imperiale was restored and regained its ancient imperial charm.
